1:1 Coaching
The Easeful Reset is a 12 week, 1:1 coaching experience tailored to your needs. You’ll have a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, challenges, and goals.
We’ll slow things down so you can hear yourself again. You’ll learn how to support your nervous system, work with your energy instead of overriding it, and build rhythms that feel nourishing and sustainable.
Together, we’ll identify what’s been depleting you, clarify what you need, and begin to reshape your daily life by creating rhythms, habits, and practices that support your goals. You’ll leave with greater capacity, deeper self-trust, and a foundation for living a rested life that reflects your priorities and supports your wellbeing.

A mini retreat to ground, rest, and create clarity for our work together
Six 1:1 coaching sessions, customized to your goals

Group Coaching
The Easeful Path is a seasonal, three-month group coaching experience for women ready to design and live a rested life, one that feels aligned, nourishing, and sustainable from the inside out.
Together, we’ll explore what rest looks like beyond just taking breaks and sleep. You’ll begin to create rhythms and systems that support your real life, your nervous system, and your overall wellbeing..
This program blends reflection, community, and practical tools to help you care for your whole self.
We’ll focus on:
Designing your rested life
Planning your days and weeks with intention
Creating sustainable sleep and rest routines
Tending your nervous system
Nourishing your body with simple, supportive nutrition and movement
Learning to make decisions from a rested place
Exploring the financial side of rest, including how to plan for a sabbatical and quarterly rest retreats (even if you have kids!)
Retreats
Reclaim + Restore retreats are intimate, in-person gatherings held on the California Coast. Over 4 days and 3 nights, you’ll rest, reflect, move gently, and be supported, body, mind, and spirit.
Nothing to prove. No jam packed over scheduled “retreat”. Just space to exhale, be held, and listen to yourself again. You’ll receive:
Private room in a beautiful natural setting
Nourishing seasonal organic meals and snacks
Workshops led by world class facilitators
Guided reflection and practices to take back into your life
